We will be the contact for all vendors. The day of the event, the event planner will oversee all aspects of the occasion from set up to break down. Let us make everything you can dream and more a reality. This service will be based on a percentage of the budget.

The Butterfly’s Path: Advice Service

Want to do the work of planning your own event but need advice on décor, what to serve, entertainment and so on? “The Butterfly’s Path” package is the perfect option for you. We will help guide you on your journey by giving feedback, advice or attending meetings with you. With this package, the client will be responsible for contracting vendors, setting up all details, and overseeing the event. Add on the “Breeze Through Your Day with Ease” package, if you are interested in us handling the day of coordination. This service will be based on an hourly charge.

Breeze Through Your Day with Ease: Day of Coordination Service

After months of planning, let us take the reins as we coordinate the big day for you. This service will begin a couple of weeks prior to the event. We will confirm and communicate details with all vendors. Day of, we will ensure a perfect event overseeing all logistics from set up to break down. All you will have to do is relax, have fun and enjoy your day. This service will be based on an hourly charge.

Intimate, Micro and Mini Weddings

Blissful Events by Amanda will be offering planning services for intimate, micro, and mini affairs. Compared to most traditional weddings, these wedding are shorter in timeframe and smaller in guest count.

All three affairs will include a personal photo session along with the timeless traditions of a short ceremony, first dance, parents’ dances, toast, and the cake cutting. For the intimate affair, guests will enjoy a dinner among family. The micro wedding will feature a cocktail reception in place of a dinner service. The mini wedding will feature both a cocktail hour with light hors d’oeuvres and a dinner service. To conclude the evening, there will be a cake cutting, and guests will satisfy their sweet tooth with their own cake-lets. An intimate affair consists of up 10 guests, while micro and mini weddings allow up to 50 attendees.
